Teeth grinding is detrimental to your smile and your significant other may be losing sleep from the sound. Many people suffer from bruxism which could become a nightly habit that causes discomfort during sleep and even in the morning. I have always been a teeth grinder but in the last few years I started noticing ridges in my teeth and my jaw was sore from the teeth clenching. I researched solutions for this problem and found an affordable solution.
The Doctor’s Night Guard was very easy to make and the material felt sturdier than other soft mouth guards that I have used in the past. The night guard took about 5 minutes to make and I could easily form the material to my teeth. I was originally worried about the 1 size fits all but I was able to easily fit the night guard and make my mold. The night guard fits comfortably in my mouth and I was able to sleep throughout the entire night with no discomfort. In the morning, I was so relieved to not have my gums and teeth sore from the previous nights of clenching and grinding. In the past, I have even broke other soft mouth guards but with the Doctor’s Night Guard, I would be surprised if that ever happened. The material is much harder but comfortable at the same time. I have used hard material mouth guards as well and there was no way I could sleep the entire night with it on. A storage case is included for travel and keeping the night guard clean throughout the day. The hygienist recommended me to keep it clean by brushing it with my toothbrush and toothpaste and to NOT soak it in mouthwash.
