We all indulge in the bad habits in life. Drinking coffee, tea, wine or even smoke tobacco. All these things ruin our teeth and stain them as well. Yet, we continue to indulge. I drink coffee and tea on a regular basis and I too struggle with
whitening my teeth, then staining them, then whitening them again and continue this vicious cycle. Luckily there are toothpastes out there that specifically address these issues.

toothpaste at night and I saw immediate whitening results the next day. The goal is to prevent future stains from my daily coffee intake so hopefully I wil not have to do a formal whitening process anytime soon. I would rather use a whitening toothpaste everyday then use the bleaching pens or strips every month or so. The toothpaste also prevents cavities and overall it is a fast-acting toothpaste. My teeth are clean, white, and protected from cavities.
