Gel
Q: When to use
Desensitizing Gel? It can be applied to your custom tray
after bleaching for a minimum of 45 mins to be effective. It
will be more effective with increased wearing time. If you
suffer from general teeth sensitivity, use the desensitizing
gel for 1 - 2 hrs prior to, and after bleaching your teeth.
Note: 70% - 80% of the bleaching takes place in the first 2
hrs of use. We highly recommend to use the Dr Collins Restore
Toothpaste for not only routine maintenance but especially
during teeth whitening.
Q: How to use
Desensitizing Gel? It is applied in the
same way as the bleach gel. It should NOT be
mixed with your bleach.
Instructions
Dentist.net recommends
you purchase Desensitizing
Gel if you are buying
bleaching gel.
|
NOTE: This desensitizing
gel can also be used for 30 mins to
1 hr BEFORE bleaching and is recommended
to do so especially if you are using
the higher percentage bleaching gels.
We recommend you desensitize before
and after bleaching

Relief ACP Oral Care Gel:
- Dramatically reduces sensitivity caused by
whitening, heat, cold, sweets, acids, or touch.
- Rebuilds enamel - ACP rebuilds enamel by creating
a new coating of hydroxyapatite over the original tooth
surface. Fluoride enhances remineralization by absorbing to
the crystal surface and attracting calcium ions, followed by
phosphate ions, leading to new mineral formation.
- Improves luster - ACP restores luster by
naturally filling surface defects with a new layer of
hydroxyapatite.
- 2.6g in each syringe
- 2 dual arch applications per syringe
