Please note:

• Dentist.net will not be responsible for lost or damaged molds during shipping.

• When shipping your molds be sure to use adequate bubble wrap to avoid damage to the molds while in transit.

• The custom trays are made to fit the molds submitted to dentist.net and as teeth may shift slightly over time we cannot guarantee the trays to fit as well. As such there will be no refund.

• Some molds may be need to be modified in order to fabricate the bleaching trays. This modification is usually trimming of excess stone and/or making a hole in the soft tissue area of the mold.

• Turn around time is approximately 2-3 weeks.
